I have a distinct advantage over many others who are in the real estate business. My considerable firsthand knowledge of the local community, acquired as a Pinellas County native and fourth generation real estate professional, enables me to provide clients with local expertise.
Additionally, more than eleven years of sales and business development experience from Tech Data, a multi-billion dollar company that is the largest Fortune 500 Company in Florida, gives me the expertise and business skills necessary to see a transaction through to closing, while remaining focused on my clients’ personal concerns as well.
Having graduated Cum Laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, I understand the importance of remaining in constant contact with clients and keeping them informed at all times. I take the time to listen and understand your specific real estate objectives. My straightforward manner and regular communication means you will know what to expect throughout each step of the home buying or selling process. I am e-Certified and utilitze modern methods of communication to keep in touch with customers.
My genuine love for the Tampa Bay area and all of its amenities is reflected in my desire to improve the quality of life in our communities. I am a dedicated member of the Junior League of Clearwater-Dunedin, Zeta Tau Alpha Alumni Group, homeowners' association Board of Directors, and other various volunteer and church organizations. I also give a portion or every paycheck to Warrick Dunn's Homes For the Holidays, Prudential Tropical's signature project, as well as serving on our Foundation board. With strong guiding principles of honesty, integrity, respect and professionalism, I meet every challenge with an outgoing approach and smile. My standard for commitment in the real estate business is one that few others can match.
Personally, I am the happy mom of a young son, Johnathan, and enjoy the various sports and recreation activities our beautiful area has to offer.
