About Sue Ellis

As an Honor Society and Multi-Million Dollar Club member, and nationally recognized as Prudential's 2006 Referral Sales Professional of the Year, I have a distinct advantage over many others in the real estate business. As a Pinellas County native and fourth generation real estate professional, my in-depth community and market knowledge provides my clients with local expertise and competitive pricing information, negotiation skills, and familiarity with local buyer assistance programs.

Personally, I am a mom with an elementary-school aged son, an organizer and community volunteer, and active in many outdoor pursuits that we enjoy year-round in Florida, such as sand volleyball, cycling, kayaking, and camping.

I've found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.  This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. The latest technologies enable me to do things more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in any of the beach communities, the cities of Clearwater, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Oldsmar, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Belleair, Largo, Pinellas Park, Seminole, St. Petersburg, or anywhere else in the Tampa Bay area, please contact meLet Sue Help You!
